I enjoy an Inspiron B130 and was wondering if in that was a docking system for this type of computer

no, because the B130 is the low closing stages of the Inspiron series, there is no connector for a docking station.
in opposition there are USB 2.0 Mini Docking Stations especially made for laptops. to connect it to a laptop, simply 1 USB port is required.

Look on the underneath of the laptop, if there is a big socket looking article then yes, otherwise no.
I looked on dell for one, but cant find the model your stating
