I hold a room-mate that I didnt want using my computer, but I believe he did. So I wanted to know if I can check e-mails, instant message conversations or net pages that enjoy been view on my computer and that have be deleted stale the history on tools option. I believe Ive hear this can be done, so if anyone can please help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Check ur IE temp files, Wouldnt it be easier to trade name ur pc password protected?
