Is near a accurate laptop i.e. fully compatible next to linux?

Anything is really compatible near Linux because Linux can pretty much run on anything. There are some key advantages such as;



NVidia supports Open Source better than ATi. So, if at all possible get a laptop near NVidia, but it's not impossible to use ATi (I am in linux near an ATi card right now). Also, a REAL IBM laptop's are nice and they've been prearranged for *nix machines. Any real untried laptop can run Linux hassle free.
