Is at hand a route to verbs files and stuff from my destktop computer to my laptop ?

Answer:

If you don't hold a network to connect them both up to try http://www.filesanywhere.com/

Copy your files up..... later pull them hindmost down.
The easiest way is to verbs all your stuff onto a USB external rock-hard drive and then put it on your laptop.
copy from notebook to cd then nouns to lap or email to you
achieve a usb flash drive and copy files from ur desktop to ur labtop with it. or carry a CD and do it
the easiest route is to copy the files to a DVD/rw or CD/rw then verbs them to the laptop.
Um... i think i know what you're asking.

The answer is no if you want to simply hook up a duel head USB port and start transferring. There is a certain hardware you have need of in directive to make that possible.

I only just when with my external intricate drive and moved it that way..
USB / disc / DVD / IEEE1394 Firewire iLink

pick your choice. 1394 is the fastest, USB is the most common, disc and DVD's are expensive but they'll get the brief done if you have some lieing around. Good luck.
lug the folder or file u want to share and engender it a shared folder.... then connect an ethernet cable to your desktop and laptop and next on the laptop find the shared folder copy it to someplace on it and then ur done...works best for huge amounts of data...and if u own a wireless network its better to use the wired method because once the nouns to the router is lost the transfer is stoped...
