is the apple laptop computers a better investment than other types of laptops?

Answer:

Yes. It is a better investment as 1) they now and then have any internal problems, 2) you can run any software (even PC) on them, 3) they are uncomplicated to learn and use, 4) thoroughly few viruses, 5) they retain their good point much better than PC's. For the record I own a Mac and a PC.
YUP!

more reorganized

less problems

SUPERB virus protection

can run between mac and notebook (windows and mac os)

even more user friendly (you'll love it within the first 10 minutes)

the adjectives

highly recommended (^_^)
A couple associates at work own Apple laptops and they claim that they get excellent behaviour. Out of the box they have Apple's operating system, OSX Tiger, which base on what I've seen is immensely cool (visually speaking) and efficient (stability speaking). Whats better, is the Boot Camp utility that will configure the laptop to dual boot into another operating system similar to Microsoft Windows or Linux.

Please note that I do not (yet) own a laptop made by Apple, but I do intend on getting one sometime within the next 6 months or so.

One more facts, if you can wait nearly 6 months, you can get an upcoming performance of Apple's OSX operating system (Leopard). Its exact release date is still up in the upper air though.

Hope this helps.
I am personaly using the product and I can assure you 101%, that 'this is the best'..UNDOUBTEDLY.
