My Laptop enthusiast for the CPU( the big fan if you look at the bottom) solitary runs when the laptop is first powered on, then it turns rotten and doesnt come back on. Is this common or is it supposed to run non-stop. I think that it should run non-stop surrounded by order for the CPU to stay cool, but I dont know. SO CAN YOU HELP ME?

Its mundane most laptops and desktops fans run extra hasty on start up then cool down. If you are doing a big preformance task they will also blow speedily. They don't always enjoy to run.
