Is the DVD player on the Apple Macbook Pro multi-regional?

I live within the USA. Will my laptop play a Region 2 DVD?

My answer will be a little different.



Do you want your hold your DVD Drive to SHIFT TO A DIFFERENT Region ?



If so, Play the disk and it WILL change ( lone 5 times from manufactures setting ), afterwards 'Lock at that Region FOREVER.



You can download DVD Idle that will PREVENT The 'Regain Change from happening.



This Program will allow you to play ALL regain, No matter where on earth it is from.



I use it and set my Regain Code to 8 ( which does not exist, only 6 codes ) (( All Ships At Sea )).

it should. after you've manage to change my computer's DVD code to play Region 2 DVDS! i found a website next to steps on how to do it:



(1) checking your computer or laptop's DVD drive's coding, (2) finding, (3) downloading and (4) using a DVD code-switching utility. We have a fantastic one for you to download if you choose to become a contestant.
