Have you checked on Amazon? I know Apple doesn't charge shipping (but they charge tax) and the last time I checked the MacMall charged both export tax and shipping (this was mostly counter by a rebate...) If i am not mistaken, Amazon has free shipping on MacBooks, as capably as a small mail contained by rebate...
I can say this next to relative certainty. It is better to purchase a contraption directly from Apple and bite the bullet and pay tariff either from the online store or an Apple Store. If anything go wrong with the gadget in the first couple months of owning it, Apple is much more flexible if you hold purchased it from them directly than if you purchased it from a reseller.
