Is it really unproblematic to edit music, video, and pics with a mac?
even though I don't know how to do it on a workstation?

Yes, the Mac is a lot easier. Apple have a tight control over the software that is made for it, so most of the menu nouns are located in matching place, so if you know how to use one program, learning a strange one is pretty quick to pick up.
Plus, everything is within a graphical interface that is strictly easy to swot. Go to a local Macintosh dealer, seize on one of their demo Macs and have them show you how uncomplicated it is. Best of luck to you.

even you use a mac, you need to know it first. because i estimate Mac is same as PC's, the different just the software. That Mac own a lot of music, video, a pics software...than Windows (cause Mac is build for Design, and PC's is for Office and Work).
