Something is probably wrong near your computer. I am using Vista and it works with everything I put on it, including Yahoo messenger. I haven't encounter an error. Thank God.
My friend had Vista and the most recent interpretation of Yahoo Messenger works for him. Make sure you have the fully up-to-date variation of messenger.
