It have gotten continually slower over the past few months, to the point that it have gotten almost unbearable. I removed some programs, cleaned up the drive as much as I could, and degragmented it. Sometimes it take like 5 minutes after you click something for it to come up!
It's a Dell laptop, Inspiron 1000.
