Is in attendance a means of access to install a laptop harddrive on a desktop PC?

Got a comatose laptop, but I'd like to restore your health the data.

I'm hoping that some charitable of PCI card exists.

you don't need a pci card. it go much cheaper - there are adapter cable for just a few bucks and near them you can hook up a laptop disk the same process as a desktop disk.
