Coming from a low family connections background, i am struggling to everytime whenever in that were university projects that need a notebook or laptop to complete the projects.I am of a mind to pay similar to hourly basis but are in attendance places where i can loan one? Thanks

Not sure where on earth you live, but you can get computer access for an hourly levy at places like Fedex/Kinko's. Also, Arron's, Rent-a-Center and places resembling that will allow you to rent one for a period of time.
