not possible....but you can reset the system by removing the motherboard battery. If you made any bios adjustment they may or may not be lost in this but they can be readjusted justly easily.

Dunno about labtops, but most laptops and desktops enjoy a BIOS boot password, but those can be reset by resetting the CMOS
