I dropped my laptop on its brim and now the compact disc rom drive sticks out slightly. Its will spin discs and the green light flashes on it resembling something is going on in in attendance but it never actually read the CDs. Is it broken, or just glitchy? Its have problems before relating to the drive. Is here anyway I can find out if its damaged via the computer itself in need taking it apart? I know the computer still recognizes the drive. (The device chief says its working properly)
Answer:
It seem that the drive was fruitless when you got it when you said it have the same problem. If it be a dell that was a 2005 model, and you droped it on runner, the drive just it for a time fractured. Next the operating system is not working
I've have my computer tell me drives are working properly earlier in former times, and it's been wrong. I don't surmise this is any guarantor
