Not if it's a relatively new model (past 2 years or so).
It's really the charge - discharge cycle that ages battery.
But I'd say if you really never use the freestyle on your laptop, every 2-3 weeks, do a full discharge just so the battery still remember they're batteries, and afterwards plug the cord back surrounded by.

when u use charger the laptop directly utilizes the the power coming from charger and simultaneously ur laptop keeps on charging.

the modern battery don't have a problem beside being connected.
